ESC provides Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers with a wide range of consulting services to manage energy costs and consumption. Philip was recently an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Technical Assessor for the Superior Energy Performance (SEP) Accreditation Program covering ISO 50001, and 50021.

ESC can customize an energy management plan to help meet your goals for energy reduction, process optimization, and cost savings. ESC can evaluate how you are currently using energy and develop either a comprehensive energy plan or specific energy management projects for reducing costs with economic analyses to meet your payback criteria.

The primary tool for this analysis is an Energy Audit/Study or Energy Management and Productivity Analysis. This study is designed to be easily understood and to allow you to determine which projects or solutions meets your goals and economic criteria. These solutions will cover all aspects of your facility; lighting, HVAC, controls, compressed air, process system improvements and optimization, water and waste water systems, and Utility rate analysis. In many cases, we are also requested to provide Carbon/GHG Management as part of the Energy Audit.
