facilities. Philip has worked in the public and private energy industry since 1984. He is an officer of the Association of
Energy Engineers (AEE); a member of ASHREA, the Southeastern Energy Society; Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME);
and the Institute of Mechanical Engineers in the United Kingdom (UK). Philip is also a registered Certified Energy Manager
(CEM), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng or European PE equivalent) with the Institute of
Mechanical Engineers, and an Accredited Carbon Management Consultant for the Carbon Trust in the United Kingdom (UK). Philip

project development, energy and carbon management services to Commercial, Industrial, Institutional facilities, and the Energy
