Philip specializes in project development, energy, carbon, and cost-reduction programs for Utility Companies, ESCO's as well as Commercial, Industrial and Institutional facilities. Philip has worked in the public and private energy industry for 30 years He is an officer of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE - Atlanta Chapter); a member of ASHREA; and the Institute of Mechanical Engineers in the United Kingdom (UK). Philip is also a registered Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng or European PE equivalent) with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, and an Accredited Carbon Management Consultant for the Carbon Trust in the United Kingdom (UK). Philip was also an ANSI Technical Assessor for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) and Superior Energy Performance (SEP) ISO 50001/50021 Programs.
